Rough-sawn hardwood and cold-rolled steel, built for the pause mid-step.

For homeowners, architects, and developers who need structural art on a build schedule.

14Days
Average build-to-install

From first site measure to the day you step on it.

Most custom stair projects stall in a queue. Ours don't. We run a tight shop — two fabrication bays, a dedicated installation crew, and a project manager whose only job is keeping your build on the critical path. Fourteen days average from signed drawings to final tread. That includes the steel, the hardwood, and the finish coat.

3Gen.
Joinery tradition

The techniques that make a railing feel inevitable.

Our lead fabricator learned to read grain from his grandfather. That lineage isn't nostalgia — it's a competitive advantage. Knowing how wood moves across seasons, how steel expands under load, how a mortise-and-tenon responds to humidity changes differently than a pocket screw: these are the details that separate a staircase that loosens in five years from one that tightens with age.

Who We Build For

Three kinds of clients.
One standard of work.

Whether you're mid-renovation, specifying for a showcase home, or fitting out a boutique hotel — the staircase is the same. Built to outlast the building.

You were quoted something absurd.

General contractors mark up specialty trades. We work direct — no middleman margin. Bring us the architect's drawings, or we'll produce them. Same result: a staircase worth the renovation.

Architects

Specify it. We'll build it exactly.

We read structural drawings, hold tolerances, and deliver RFI responses within 24 hours. Our shop drawings are BIM-ready. We've never asked a design team to compromise a detail because fabrication was too complex.

Structural art. On a build schedule.

Boutique hotels and loft conversions need a stair that photographs well and passes inspection on the same day. We've delivered 40-unit multi-family projects and single signature staircases with equal care — and the same 98% on-schedule record.

A stair that arrives when your GC needs it.

Renovation schedules are fragile. One late subcontractor cascades into flooring delays, punch-list overruns, and a move-in date that slips a month. We track every project on a shared build calendar, send weekly photo updates, and have never missed a delivery window by more than 48 hours — across 2,400 staircases installed. Your GC will notice.
